I know it’s been a while since I’ve done anything to this site…I have one of those life things that tend to get in the way. 
But I haven’t stopped working on comics, and I hope to get some new ones up in the very near future.
And I’m seeing about getting my laptop fixed. If I can, that means I get to update more often with better quality comics! Yay!

Yesterday marked the one year anniversary of the first Ralynkei comic ever posted! 
We haven’t gotten all that far since then( ), but this is a new year with new opportunities! Let’s see how well I can do the second time around!

Some of you may be wondering about my Twitter update about the internet cafe and it’s blocking of random sites. Well, I got the scoop from one of the people working here.
Apparently, someone got around their original site blocker, and was able to access porn sites. So they reconfigured the program to block anything that might have something slightly-not-nice on it…which is pretty much everything except WordPress and the Ralynkei forum (Thankfully! 
), Facebook/Myspace/Twitter, and my email. Beyond that, I can’t do much of anything. I can’t access Meebo anymore, or even the shoutbox on the forum. I’m doing what I can with what I got, though.

I’ve been getting a lot of comments about my last Twitter update in the days since I posted it. For those that missed it and/or have no idea what the hell I’m talking about, here’s what I posted:
Let it be known that I don’t care for public restrooms…Especially when people explode in them…
This was posted after a horrifying incident in a library restroom. Let’s just say, I didn’t know you could shoot the walls with your ass. 
This has started a pretty funny discussion in my Easter post on this site. But imagine my shock when, as I logged into Twitter, I found that I have a follower called “Restroom_Assoc”. :surprise: Equally amusing was the reply I found on their page:
@Kyetsu Want to do a webcomic on our site? 6000 unique hits in an average month. More when we get on national media.
I have nothing to say to that…Srsly.
As far as updates go, I’m being patient with FireForumz right now. They’re supposed to be bringing the site back on new servers sometime in the next few days. Once that happens, we can start building up our little community again.
And I’m hoping to have new comics up by the end of the week. I’m finishing some up now, but I have to wait until I get paid again to post them, since I pay for scanning. One of these days, I’ll have my computer fixed, and I’ll invest in my own scanner for it. That’ll make my life a lot easier.

I’m revamping the look of the site yet again. Website maintaining is an ever-changing progress. 
Not only has the store been remade, but I’ve also cleaned up the Navigation links on the sidebar. You don’t have to go to a separate page to click on the weblistings links, so you can vote all you want from the main page!
Also, I now have a link to my Zazzle store. Not only can you see non-Ralynkei products (should I ever make them. ), but you can check out new products, like the bumper sticker and magnet I created, before I update the store to show them!
And, as some of you have noticed, I now have “TwitNews”–a.k.a. Twitter updates–located on the sidebar. This makes it easier to update everyone on the site (and, to some extent, what I’m up to) without having to post new entries every time. And since I have it linked up to my phone, I don’t even have to be online to update it!
And since I actually have today off of work (how did that happen? ), that gives me more comic-making time! I’m going to dedicate as much of today to comic drawing as I can, and hopefully, I can have new ones posted in the next couple of days.
One final note: The forums should be coming back soon. Fireforumz just bought new servers, and is in the process of updating the entire site. Hopefully, once that’s done, we can get the community started again!

I remodeled Ralynkei’s store, so now the prices are based on each item type, not on each individual one. Looks cleaner that way. And in case you were wondering why the “Arjur’s Epic Story” shirt costs $25.05, it’s because Zazzle made me tack on the extra five cents…But on the men’s shirt only. You save a nickel by getting a women’s shirt.
I’ll be adding more stuff in there soon, but I’m concentrating on comics right now. I did, however, make some stickers you can use to advertise the site. Feel free to get some and stick ‘em places!

Yes, that’s right…the long-awaited return of the Ralynkei Forums has finally happened! I’m still messing around with some of the options, but it’s actually postable now, so I’m opening it up.

My regular forum members might have noticed that the Ralynkei forums are no longer accessable. Totally not my fault, I swear! 
Apparently Forumarena, who hosted the forums, blew up the site during a server update. So not cool. 
I’m currently looking for a new forum host, but until then, feel free to chat away in here and the Meebo chat room.
